Please include your shipping address and a list of the books you're
ordering, plus payment or credit card information.

We accept the following forms of payment:

- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
Note: For credit card orders, we require the card number, expiration date,
security code, and billing address of the cardholder.

- US or International Money Order (US Dollars only)

- Personal Check (US Dollars only)
Note: Orders paid by check may be held until the check clears.

7% sales tax within Minnesota (7.40% within Hennepin county; 7.25% within Anoka, Dakota, Ramsey, Washington counties). No tax outside Minnesota.

Shipping Withing the U.S.

Shipping is $9.00 for any size order. This pays for insured shipping via UPS
ground or USPS media mail. Rush shipping (USPS Priority Mail, UPS 3-Day,
UPS 2-Day, UPS Overnight) will be more expensive.

Your order will be carefully packed in a carton. Our preferred shipper is UPS -
they pick up daily, they're reliable, and packages are easy to trace if there is
a problem. If you're not home during the day, we would be happy to ship your
order to your workplace or other alternate address. We will ship via post
office on request.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

Your order will be carefully packed in a carton. You will be charged exact
shipping. The Post Office has recently eliminated Surface Mail and restructured
the way they do Air Mail. We will quote you the least expensive rate for your
package and ask you to either confirm or cancel the order. Air Mail usually
takes 1-3 weeks to arrive.

A note about shipping charges for website orders

This applies to shipments using USPS Priority Mail, UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day,
and UPS 3-Day, where the shipping charge is calculated based on shipment
weight.

We are still in the process of actually weighing each book listed on the site -
many of the individual weights currently on the website are estimated, and all
of them are rounded. So your actual shipping charge may vary from what you
see on the shopping cart page. We will weigh your actual book(s) and use that
to calculate your shipping charge. In most cases this will be the same or less
than the amount you see in the shopping cart - if it's more, we'll let you know
before we process your order.

If your package is damaged in shipment

Save the carton and all packing materials, and contact us.

Our Guarantee

All books guaranteed returnable for any reason within two weeks of receipt.
Shipping will be refunded only on damaged or defective items.
